You may be waking up at this time because you have trouble breathing. Another belief is that you are probably having a hard time in life and there are some disappointments marring your peace. You could also be in depression so take care of your health and wear light clothes when sleeping.
Normally, at night time, melatonin levels will naturally increase, and cortisol (our stress hormone), will naturally be lower (than in the mornings). If you are under acute stress, or you have been under chronic stress, you may notice that you tend to wake up between 2-4 am and have difficulty falling back asleep.
The following are 10 signs of spiritual awakening.- Observing Your Patterns. One of the first signs of awakening is noticing.
Each day you wake up is a blessing. A blessing to know that God isn’t through with you yet. Each day you wake up on the other side of the ground, just know that God still has a plan for you. A plan so big, so much more complete and far more beautiful than you could have ever imagined for yourself.
If your school or work schedule requires you to be up between 5:00 and 7:00 a.m., these are the suggested bedtimes: School-age children should go to bed between 8:00 and 9:00 p.m. Teens should try to go to bed between 9:00 and 10:00 p.m. Adults should try to go to sleep between 10:00 and 11:00 p.m.
The survey of 1,086 CEOs of U.S. companies on the 2022 Inc. 5000 list, published on Thursday, found that 64% wake up by 6 a.m., or earlier. Nearly 9 out of 10 of the CEOs surveyed rise no later than 7 a.m.
Many say they get up between 5 am and 6 am. Rising early is particularly great for those who work from home or have small children, because they can accomplish work tasks without interruption.
Waking up between 3am and 5am is associated with the energy meridian that runs through the lungs and is connected to the emotion of sadness. Sometimes in the middle age range of our lives, we can feel a quiet and seemingly unexplained sadness.

The reason we wake up at the same time every morning is because of our body’s Circadian rhythms. These rhythms form a basic “schedule” for our bodies, causing us to wake up at roughly the same time each day, provided that you live a relatively routine life.
The hours between 1am and 3am are governed by the liver meridian. Emotionally it is associated with anger and physically associated with your shoulder. The hours between 3am and 5am are governed by the lung meridian.
Chinese Medicine practitioners use The Organ Body Clock to help them determine the organ responsible for diseases. For example, if you find yourself waking up between the hours of 3-5am each morning, you may have underlying grief or sadness that is bothering you or you may have a condition in the lung area.
Stay in Bed
“As soon as you wake up after a night of sleep, you should get out of bed. If you lie awake in bed, your brain links being awake to being in bed,” according to Professor Matthew Walker from University of California Berkeley.
“Humans tend to perspire at night,” Dr. Goldenberg said. “When you wake up in the morning, there’s all this sweat and bacteria from the sheets that’s just kind of sitting there on your skin.” So take a quick shower in the morning, he said, “to wash all of that gunk and sweat off that you’ve been sleeping in all night.”
A major sign of a spiritual person is that they are always happy and kind to others. They don’t like to degrade or criticise people. Instead, they always offer motivating and kind words, in hopes to make the world a better place. If you also believe in the same values, then yes, you’re a spiritual person.

Being Able to Easily Listen to One’s Inner Voice
One of the most common symptoms of twin flame awakening is being more in tune with your Inner or Higher Self. You might even hear your spirit guides during this time. Being connected to the higher spiritual beings is part of the awakening process.
Early bedtime and early wake up time

To be spiritually gifted is to have an outstanding ability to transcend self-centered needs and wants, and to rise above the human tendency to divide people into groups of those who are “worthy” of care and respect and those who are not.
10pm is the perfect bedtime. Going to sleep at 10pm enables you to get the recommended 7–8 hours of sleep, and still wake up by 5 or 6am. That means you can get in at least a 30-minute workout in the morning — a common habit among the most successful and productive people — and still be at work by 8 or 9am.
